I think that ADR can be used more frequently as a means of resolving disputes in the years ahead. This is because the number of pending court cases are becoming enhanced gradually. These court cases are mostly complicated ones not being resolved because of lack of evidence or constant appeals made by the individuals in conflict. Moreover, there can be some companies spending excessive money for constantly appealing to higher courts for forcing courts to revise decisions or look into cases adjudicated by lower courts.
